Spathe is currently searching for a Exercise Scenario Scripter to join our team in the Coronado, CA area. Develop scenarios and scripting for approximately five (5) training events per year. Provide a rough draft of the exercise scenario to the training cadre for supported exercise NLT 90 prior to the execution start date of the supported exercise. Provide the final exercise scenario to the training cadre NLT 30 days prior to the start of the supported exercise. Participates in the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events and other planning events related to the exercises as required. ESC shall work with other NSW scenario developers-to ensure scenarios are mutually supporting and represent NSWG-8's capabilities. ESC shall create and brief to the Training Officer in Charge (OIC) the Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) depicting the key events driving the exercise NLT 30 days prior to the start of the supported exercise. ESC shall conduct dynamic scripting during the exercise's execution cycle to drive the exercise to the expected outcomes. ESC shall be able to produce intelligence injects to support the scenario through various types of intelligence reporting such as TACREPs, IIR.s, and Spot Reports during the planning and execution stages of the supported exercise. Qualifications

At least three (3) years of experience conducting Intelligence Analysis, Targeting, and Collection Management utilizing related analytic software. At least two (2) years of experience in scenario development or scripting. At least three (3) years of experience conducting intelligence fusion and analysis, specifically: Signals Intelligence, Technical Surveillance, Unmanned Systems, Targeting, and Intelligence Analysis. Possess two years' experience working with national and international laws, policies, regulations, directives, and instructions, which govern intelligence activities, intelligence oversight, and collection activities. Possesses three years working with NSW Special Reconnaissance technical capabilities and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to assist in the development and design of operational scenarios and supporting scripting for scenario-based exercises.
