OVERVIEW Join a dynamic manufacturing organization as a Program Manager, where you'll lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing new products while optimizing existing ones. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with project management skills in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment, working with automation and injection molding technologies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and coordinate new product introduction projects from concept to implementation Validate product tooling and automation design approaches using technical expertise Create and execute project work plans, managing resources and team responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for supplier and customer relationships Manage project budgets, analyze profitability, and track key financial metrics Partner with Quality department on assurance procedures and engagement reviews Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean manufacturing solutions Estimate and revise costs for molding/assembly programs Direct modifications to existing molds based on customer requirements Identify business development opportunities within projects Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders Provide technical support to Sales team in customer interactions REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 5 years' experience in Project Management Strong understanding of automation in manufacturing Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices Knowledge of injection molding, tooling, materials, and processing Preferred:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Leadership and team motivation abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
ADDITIONAL DETAILS Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 USD Benefits: Full range of medical plans, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, company holidays
