What You'll Do: Exemplary Practice and Outcomes Apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized, evidence-based care. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that reflects cultural diversity and population-specific needs. Partner with patients and their significant others, ensuring effective communication and alignment with their care goals. Practice using the latest clinical standards to deliver outstanding outcomes. Teamwork and Collaboration Coordinate and document safe, high-quality patient care while fostering an inclusive and respectful environment. Promote teamwork and fiscal responsibility to support the recruitment and retention of healthcare team members. Drive performance improvements, engage in research initiatives, and participate in shared governance activities. Professional Development and Initiative Complete ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education. Mentor and precept fellow nurses and interdisciplinary staff, cultivating a future-ready workforce. Evidence-Based Practice and Research Champion evidence-based practices and participate in decision-making processes, including value analysis for patient care products. Uphold organizational policies and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality. Engage in research, data collection, and continuous improvement initiatives. Resources and Support Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum, collaborating with care teams to achieve best practice outcomes. Contribute to developing protocols that improve patient experiences and reduce avoidable readmissions. Optimize the efficient use of human and material resources. Required Qualifications

Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Required). Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school (Preferred). Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single State or Multi-state Compact) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from AHA required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required. National Certification in area of specialty (Preferred). Experience: Minimum 3 years of current experience in specified practice area required. Experience with computer data entry (Required). Experience with Epic and 3M systems (Preferred). Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations. Ability to function effectively in fast-paced environments and manage emergencies with confidence. Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making skills.
