We are seeking an experience strategy leader to develop, enhance, and oversee tools and systems designed to enable our dealers to provide an optimal omnichannel purchasing experience for our customers. The Global Digital Dealer Tools Experience- Senior Manager will collaborate closely with dealer operations and product management, serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for dealer tools and systems throughout the purchase-to-delivery journey. We seek an analytical, inquisitive, and self-driven individual to interpret and generate strategic insights from data produced by our dealer-facing tools and systems. Leveraging these insights, the successful candidate will identify current gaps and future opportunities for improvement, assist in defining key metrics, and ensure our omnichannel system is optimized to achieve established KPIs. Onsite work of up to four days per week may be required for candidates within commuting distance of a Ford hub location.
