To be considered for this position, you must have previous project management experience in the federal construction industry. What You Will Be Doing
Managing cost and "Work In Progress" projections. Managing job site supervisory personnel. Planning and scheduling the project. Developing and maintaining owner relations. Negotiating and purchasing materials. Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations. Managing project costs. Overseeing labor projections. Contract negotiation and administration. What We Are Looking For
Education/Certification/Security BS in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field PE license preferred EM 385 40-hour and/or OSHA 30-hour certification preferred USACE CQM Certificate preferred Must be able to provide security badging on U.S. military installations Valid Real ID driver's license and U.S. passport Work Experience 710 years of progressive Federal construction experience, preferably in water, wastewater, or heavy civil projects Participation in Federal industry groups (e.g., SAME) preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Understanding of Federal construction, contract administration, QC, and safety requirements Proficiency in MS Office, P6 scheduling, Bluebeam, and CAD software Strong grasp of quality management concepts and audit procedures Expertise in Federal Government Quality Management programs Ability to read, interpret, and communicate plans and specifications Field experience as Engineer, Superintendent, or QC Manager preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Let's Talk The Perks!
