As an Environmental Services Distribution Technician, you'll do more than just cleanyou'll keep supplies stocked, equipment moving, and every corner of our facility ready for care. It's hands-on, high-impact, and never boring. What You'll Do
Keep It Clean
Sanitize and service building areas to keep everything neat, orderly, and infection-free.
Supply the Team
Monitor and restock EVS supplies to maintain proper inventory (no one likes running out of gloves).
Move with Purpose
Help relocate furniture, equipment, and supplies across hospital departments.
Use the Tools
Operate battery-powered and electric floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
Know Your Chemicals
Read labels, follow instructions, and use cleaning agents correctly and safely.
Stay Compliant
Follow safety and infection control standards every step of the way.
What You Bring to the Table
Great people skills
you're friendly, helpful, and know how to interact with staff, patients, and visitors.
Strong communication
you can speak, read, and write in English clearly.
Physical strength
able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently, and occasionally more.
Attention to detail
able to understand cleaning product labels and follow first aid directions if needed.
Equipment knowledge
comfortable operating powered cleaning machines.
Coachable attitude
ready to pass a competency check after 3060 days of training and mentoring.
Bonus Points If You Have:
A High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience working in a healthcare environment
At least 6 months of experience in Environmental Services in a facility setting
