Job DescriptionSales Associate - Building Materials Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Salesperson for a company based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing distribution company of lumber and building products. Pay Rate $16.00 - $18.00 per hourSchedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Must be flexible with schedule and able to work one Saturday per month. Sales Associate Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and generate sales leads through phone calls and in-person interactions. Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors. Prepare quotes and manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction. Create and process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Enter orders with attention to account details, pricing, discounts, and freight charges.Sales Associate Qualifications and Requirements2+ years of experience in face-to-face sales or retail sales. Prior experience in the lumber or building material industryAbility to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers; familiarity with MS Office is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
