Job Overview

The Corporate Planning & Management (CPM) Division unifies Finance & Planning, Spend Management, Operational Risk and Resilience, and CPM Engineering teams to deliver business planning and analytics, expense management, third party risk management, and governance strategies across the firm. CPM have 5 operating pillars. Finance & Planning supports the execution of the firms strategic objectives through the management of the planning process, firmwide reporting and analytics and insights into the firms business plans and budgets. They develop a consistent framework for revenue division projections creating transparency, accountability, and efficiency around projections. This pillar also includes the CF&O, EO and Engineering divisional CFOs, who are strategic finance advisors helping the firm and the non-revenue divisions achieve commercial financial opportunities. Product Finance is responsible for the overall governance and proactive management of the firms non-compensation expenses. Spend Management encompasses the functions responsible for managing all aspects of the firms spend with third parties - advising commercial agreements and driving operating efficiency. Departments include Strategic Sourcing, Procure to Pay, Integrated Travel and Expense, Infrastructure and Transformation and Sustainable Operations. Operational Risk & Resilience drives firmwide Operational Risk programs along with second line teams and implements required changes within CPM. The Corporate Insurance & Advisory team in this pillar identifies, procures, and manages corporate insurance needs for the firm and its investing businesses. CPM Engineering team provides engineering solutions that enable the firm to manage third-party spend, data and automation, plan budgets, forecast financial scenarios, allocate expenses and support corporate decision making in-line with the firms strategic objectives. Role Overview

Professionals in CPM have an analytical mindset, exhibit intellectual curiosity and are from diverse academic backgrounds. This role sits within the Spend Management pillar. The Product Strategy & Enablement team is a global team who enable Goldman Sachs to actively and effectively manage our vendor population, supply chain effectiveness, travel & expense processing & Source-to-Pay activity through the platforms we maintain within our architecture. Through excellent functional, project, program, and change management skills, along with a bias for becoming the subject matter or technical expert, this team seeks to fulfil the vision of our clients, partners and employees through platforms like Ariba, S4, Concur & Fieldglass. The Product Strategy & Enablement team partners with senior leadership, process owners, Spend Management Engineering and our vendors to drive supply chain value and achieve Corporate Planning & Managements objectives & key results. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Work within our Professional Services category, owning tools like Fieldglass and other vendor-owned applications to progress and enable our Consulting, Advisory, Temp Staffing and Non-employee strategy. Drive change across the E2E platform suite, including tools like Ariba Sourcing & Contracting, Buying & Invoicing, & SLP. Utilize internally built applications to ensure our leadership and business stakeholders have access to up-to-date information and spend transparency. Demonstrate strong techno-functional abilities in the S2P application suite, specializing in Fieldglass (across SoW, Profile Worker and Staff Aug modules) and be able to effectively navigate our S2P platforms and also lead identification of new/equivalent platforms & defining future state. Collaborate with Spend Management Leadership, Engineering Leadership and Engineering & Operational teams to define requirements and agree on solution design. Identify and drive a robust prioritization of enhancement requests, and work to adopt new functionality being released by SAP as well as including identification of in-house changes that optimize usage or user experience across the S2P lifecycle. Have a bias for flexibility and a 'how can we make this work' approach to the most difficult problems to solve: you will possess grit. Liaise with Engineering and development teams in communicating business requirements, data migration, testing and deployment of new infrastructure capabilities. Develop contingent worker reporting, own the contingent worker data dictionary, and report to stakeholders to support decision-making and compliance requirements. Understand and facilitate optimization of the E2E associated infrastructure supporting the business process & strategy, engaging deeply with users and stakeholders on a regular basis. Support wider infrastructure priorities, standards and strategy globally as well as playing leadership roles across various forums or teams. Own vendor relationships for the tool set used to enable your product. Define and track key project delivery metrics such as Measures of Success, communicating status to senior leadership regularly. Escalate unresolved and at-risk items. Prioritize analysis based on risks and demonstrate ability to work with incomplete information. Define and execute a compelling vision and strategy for financial planning products that provide solutions to users. Lead the building of dashboards which present information, set context and drive end user action. Own the reporting roadmap & tooling for Contingent Workforce products and partner across functional teams and wider CPM reporting strategy team. Ensure clear vision of how we will use data operationally and strategically across the S2P process. Basic Skills & Qualifications

Strong functional skills with 5+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass or similar application. Strong reporting experience with knowledge of dashboarding tools. 5+ years' experience in Source to Pay, Program Management, Operations or similar. Clear fundamentals of Source to Pay Process and should ideally have at least 6 years of hands on experience with Fieldglass. Should have led at least one large scale platform deployment project in Professional Services space. Knowledge on Agile change management and platforms like JIRA and Confluence or similar would be an add on. Flexible and focused work ethic to deliver in a global organization delivering both organizational and technical system changes. Strong analytical skills and bias for using data to make decisions and confirm/set direction. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with Cross-functional teams & present to senior leadership. Ability to work across hierarchies and geographies, with flexible working style. Strong accounting knowledge and experience in accounting process, and understanding of ERP core processes. Highly motivated with ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment. Experience in Financial Services industry will be beneficial but not a requirement. Technical and operational problem solving skills. Proactive, enthusiastic and team-oriented approach. Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Experience defining Product strategy while focusing on regular and timely delivery. Experience managing the full product lifecycle from conception to launch. Agile project management and/or coaching experience e.g. Experience managing, developing and coaching team members. Familiarity with JIRA. Familiarity with Design Thinking. Experience with predictive modeling, data science techniques, and related tools.
