Job Opportunity: Surgical Pathologist
Brazos Valley Pathology, a Sonic Healthcare USA practice, is seeking a board-certified/eligible Surgical Pathologist to join our collegial, college-town and hospital-based team (servicing two campuses, 284 beds total) in Bryan/College Station, home to Texas A&M University. With 350 pathologists, Sonic Healthcare has one of the largest and most diverse pathology practices in the United States. We are investing heavily in digital pathology, advanced diagnostics, and physician leadership. Highlights: General pathology with light call and no autopsies Cytology or GI expertise a plus, but not required Support team includes PA, transcriptionist, and admin assistant ~7,500 surgical, ~ 500 cytology, and ~70 bone marrow (interpreted by our on-site Hematopathologist) cases per year Location Perks: Safe, family-friendly community with excellent schools Easy access to Houston (1 hr.), Austin (2 hrs.), and Gulf Coast beaches (1.5 hrs.)
