The Leasing/Admin Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. This Entry Level role is looking for experience in property management, but not required. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit and/or Section 8 housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, recertification of residents and other office duties. PRIMARY DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years affordable housing experience is desired Leasing experience in the property management sector is a plus. Strong administrative and organizational skills to work independently and as a team. Superior communication skills and goal oriented. Communicate effectively in verbal and written form. Review move-in eligibility for approval. Ensure Tax Credit certifications, HUD annual certifications and HUD interim certifications are processed in a timely and accurate manner. EOE.
