About the Role:

The Manufacturing Operations III role is focused on converting raw materials and components into finished goods. This includes general production work, assembling components, processing batches of materials, operating machine tools, and packaging finished goods. You will support Takeda's mission by ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes. How you will contribute: Perform general production manufacturing work Assemble finished components or parts into finished products Process manufacturing batches of bulk

materials/ingredients Operate machine tools to convert materials into parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies Conduct surface finishing of parts, components, and assembled items Package materials or finished goods into containers for protection, display, and handling Skills and qualifications:

Apply Good Manufacturing Practices independently in routine and moderately complex situations. Use Product and Manufacturing Information to enhance production quality and efficiency. Implement Continuous Improvement Process strategies to improve production workflows. Conduct Quality Control assessments independently, ensuring products meet strict standards. Troubleshoot production issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining workflow continuity. Collaborate with teams across departments to achieve production goals and improve processes. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment for safety. Plan and implement production schedules to meet targets and improve resource use. Manage safety protocols to provide a secure working environment for all staff. Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase production efficiency. Ensure production outputs. With team members and across departments to facilitate smooth operations. Important Considerations

At Takeda, our patients rely on us to deliver quality products. As a result, we must follow strict rules in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering the quality of the product. You may: Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas. Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment. Work in a cold, wet environment. Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours,. Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection. More about us:
