Dietary Aide - FT
The Health Services Dining Team at Givens Estates, a nonprofit continuing care retirement community, is hiring 2 full-time Dietary Aide's. Weekend availability is required. This is a meaningful and vital position where you positively impact the lives of our residents, visitors, and fellow team members every day. And NO LATE NIGHTS means you will have more quality time to maintain a balanced life. Scheduling for this position includes rotating weekends, open availability shifts ranging from 5:30 am - 2:00 pm / 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Five days per week with hours for the week ranging from 36-40 hours. What you'll do: Organize and set up dining areas for service Keep the dining room clean Reset the dining room after service Assist in carryout meals as necessary Provide excellent meal service to residents and their guests Handle and operate equipment in the assigned area Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor Experience is not required. We make this job fun and a team effort when serving our high-quality food to residents and guests. If it's your first job or you're a seasoned pro, we'll happily show you the ropes in a supportive and inclusive environment. Must be at least 16 years old to apply. Compensation is $17 - $18.50 per hour based on experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package! Still curious about what Givens is all about?
