Sprinkler Service Technician (Fitter)

We are currently seeking a Sprinkler Service Technician (Fitter) for our Commercial operation to support a diverse portfolio of service. Maintains a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations. Builds relationships with current customers by delivering on our promises and creates new relationships with potential customers in a proactive manner, promoting all of our services. Join our team of over 1,100 of the best Fire Protection Professionals in the industry. Execute complex service tasks or services on a wide range of mechanical product lines. Identifies and resolves complex troubleshooting issues. Provides guidance to more junior level technicians as needed. Perform service and repairs on fire sprinkler systems. Complete service acknowledgements electronically via ServiceTrade. Provide detailed comments in ServiceTrade of the service/repairs you made and take pictures before and after. Installation of new, retrofits, and tenant improvement type projects Provide support, guidance, and expertise to other field installers and helpers Read and interpret blueprints, in order to install prefabricated fire sprinkler piping. Cut, thread, and groove pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws and pipe threaders.
