The person in this position is responsible for administering assigned phases of a project. Utilize knowledge of construction process, building materials, specifications and construction techniques. Responsibilities

Responsible for design, construction administration and contract administration of project requirements, client and consultant needs. Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of professional principles and practices in broad areas. Knowledge of the unique aspects of the local region architecture Review design and documents for required code compliance Performs job site visits, assess problems and recommends solutions Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions: Must be actively pursuing professional licensure with the Board of Examiners for Architects and completion of the ARE in the State of NM and must be currently enrolled in a recognized Intern Development Program (IDP) or in procession of Accredited Degree in Architecture with ability to pursue licensure. Must have knowledge of New Mexico building codes. Demonstrated ability to build and study architectural scaled models Proficient with MS Office software; including MS Word, Excel, Proficient in Building Information Management (BIM) Revit software, and computer assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software. Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task and establish priorities. Ability to communicate effectively both in written format and oral presentation Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of peers, managers, consultants and clients. Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, geometry and equations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as structural analysis of building systems
