Our client is a leading U.S.-based contract packaging company with 250+ facilities nationwide, offering turnkey primary and secondary packaging solutions for food and non-food products. They serve both startups and major CPG brands, with high-volume capabilities, full supply chain support, and certifications ensuring regulatory compliance. Job Description

Identify and develop new customer relationships in the plastic materials and co-packing segments. Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new business opportunities. Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, CPG companies, and private label brands. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, R&D, quality, logistics) to deliver custom packaging and material solutions. Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and forecasts. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in plastics, packaging, contract manufacturing, or a related industry. Proven track record of building new business and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of thermoplastics, resins, flexible/rigid packaging, or co-packing processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with the ability to travel regionally. Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field). What's on Offer
