Our client in Dallas, a leading staffing agency, is currently seeking a Facilities District Manager to oversee locations in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi. The ideal candidate will be based in the region, possess strong financial acumen, excel in integrated facilities operations, and demonstrate a sales-oriented mindset with exceptional negotiation skills. Additionally, a commanding executive presence is vital in influencing our high-level C-Suite clientele. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in higher education. The successful candidate will be adept at drafting contract amendments, managing substantial finances, cultivating client partnerships, understanding the day-to-day operations of facility management (FM), and adept at resolving complex integrated facilities management (IFM) issues. A minimum of 7 years of experience as a district manager in facilities management, with a background in mechanical, asset, skilled trades, and building operations, is required. Relocation assistance is available. Our client specializes in delivering food, facilities management, and integrated services to a variety of entities, including corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities, and aviation lounges. Their service offerings include providing college campuses with facilities and environmental services, as well as food and nutrition management solutions. Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate and influence clients on facility management contracts, finances, and operational intricacies to identify and resolve challenges. Lead campuses as an innovative facilities operations expert. Demonstrate sharp insight into the contractual process. Address and manage challenging client expectations, guiding them through contractual agreements. Utilize sales expertise, executive-level polish, and negotiation skills to secure multi-million-dollar contracts. Qualifications:

Strong negotiation skills for interpreting and amending facilities contracts. Ability to educate and guide clients to understand the value of fair contracts. Adaptability to diverse campus cultures to convey the significance of the services provided. Position Summary:

As the primary representative for our client across multiple accounts in a specific geographic area, this role involves coordinating and overseeing all activities within the designated region. Responsibilities include managing financial performance, fostering client relationships, and facilitating employee training and development. Collaborating with clients and the vice president is essential to establish and maintain productive business relationships, ensuring account retention. Developing a business plan and budget for the accounts is also a key responsibility in partnership with the general manager. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 7 years of management experience at the director level. 7 years of functional experience at the director level. Key Requirements:
