Key Responsibilities
Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team Answer phones, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a detailed call log Coordinate crew and job scheduling Prepare job paperwork for Crew/Estimators and ensure timely conversion of estimates Oversee job file documentation, communications, and subcontractor activities Maintain an organized file system and company calendar/schedule Perform detailed and accurate data entry Assist other departments, as needed Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED (preferred) Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Xactimate experience (preferred) Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law. Normal working hours are in-person, full-time working 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon business needs.
