Location: Denver, CO Status: Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm - occasional holiday coverage possible Annual Pay Range: $20.11 - $23.63 Supplemental Pay: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Overtime Mileage and Expense Reimbursement: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile

Essential Duties: Assists in resolving patient DME problems by identifying and escalating to appropriate contact. Resolves issues in a timely manner Works with Business Services Manager and DME vendor on any changes to vendor and/or moving to new vendor; identifying and scheduling exchange in patients' home. Partners with Support Line CTA's and keeps track of DME orders placed by CCC CTA's afterhours/weekends. Collaborates with Admissions Coordinators to ensure new patient DME is ordered correctly so extra deliveries are not needed. Processes orders for supplies and equipment as medically necessary. Updates authorizations as needed or requested by physician involved in care of patient. Tracks and maintains up-to-date, accurate inventory and reorder documentation on equipment and supplies. Follows-up as necessary with appropriate clinicians to ensure that supplies, equipment etc. are medically necessary and delivered in a timely fashion. Facilitates equipment prescriptions as requested. Conducts follow-up telephone calls with patients to ensure satisfaction with equipment purchases/modification and tracks on a spreadsheet/DME vendor portal. Escalates concerns to manager and DME provider as necessary. Completes letters of medical necessity for equipment and supplies with appropriate clinical input. Researches and identifies new DME resources and disseminates to clinicians as needed acting as a liaison between physicians and vendor representatives. Acts as liaison for providers to go to with problems with DME, looking for new DME, ordering supplies Educates patients on insurance plans and provisions, financial responsibility, and collection of patient portions. Ensures that all necessary documentation and authorization is obtained as it relates to payer requirements. Reviews and processes invoices possibly in the DME vendor portal. Other duties as assigned. What We Are Going To Love About You: Minimum Education: High school diploma. Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of DME experience Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
