Land Warehouseman
The Land Warehouseman is responsible for managing materials, ensuring safe storage and handling, maintaining inventory, and supporting operations by receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment, primarily at our Larose DC and auxiliary locations. Responsibilities
Work closely with company vendors and third party providers to manage materials inventory specific to customer owned inventory needs, including physical inventories at vendor locations. Perform reporting of materials movements in WMS (warehouse management system) and external systems. Record and organize electronic files and follow predetermined procedures. Work independently to identify processes and create Standard Operating Procedure documentation as requested. Collect, compile, and analyze data. Qualifications
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Some knowledge of ERP Systems/SAP are a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills, including email and document writing. Some mechanical and electrical equipment knowledge is a plus. Some preservation and handling knowledge is a plus. Strong organizational skills. Self-starter with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts. Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment. Preferred: Warehouse experience in shipping/receiving/loading and off-loading trucks, material movement, and material scrapping.
