Health Services Workers (HSWs)
ACI Health is a leader in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care across West Virginia. We're currently seeking dedicated Health Services Workers (HSWs) to support residents in our long-term care nursing facility. If you're a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a meaningful role with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. Provide essential hands-on support to residents in a long-term care setting. This includes helping with daily activities, supporting emotional well-being, and contributing to a safe and caring environment for all residents. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care services to residents in a nursing home/long-term care setting. Assist residents with daily living activities as directed (e.g., grooming, hygiene, mobility). Participate in meal pass and related support duties. Communicate clearly with supervisors and follow care instructions. Follow facility policies, including mandatory overtime when required. Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the West Virginia Nurse Aide Registry. Valid CPR Certification Valid Food Handlers Card High school diploma or GED Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented New graduates are encouraged to apply
