We're looking for a reliable and motivated Office Manager / Receptionist to join our team and support daily operations that make a real impact. You'll support the HR Manager, assist in daily tasks, and help make sure the office is running like a well-oiled machine. Key responsibilities include: Answering phones and delivering outstanding customer service Supporting HR with employee records and compliance Managing contracts and tracking assets Maintaining schedules, office supplies, and internal communications Assisting with tech needs, dispatch, job paperwork, and file management Helping with team trainings, meetings, and more What you bring: High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus!) 1+ years in an office or administrative role (HR experience a bonus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using software and learning new tools Access to a personal smartphone compatible with company apps Clear, professional communication skills A can-do attitude and team-first mindset Work details: Full-time: 8:00 a.m.
