International plays a key role in shaping the future of Sol de Janeiro by identifying and attracting top talent across EMEA, UK, and APAC who embody our bold, joyful spirit. You'll lead hiring for international roles across multiple functions, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and partner closely with global leaders to support our continued growth. In this role, you will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead based in the U.S. and collaborate closely with regional HR Business Partners and headquarters teams to ensure a seamless, scalable recruitment process worldwide. What You'll Be Working On Lead full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, UK, and APAC for roles in Marketing, Creative, Sales, Operations, and more. Partner with People Business Partners and regional leadership to understand business needs and translate them into forward-looking hiring strategies. Guide and coach international hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from role scoping to final offer, providing expert advice on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and inclusive decision-making. Proactively source, assess, and engage high-caliber talent, ensuring a warm, inclusive, and human-centered experience at every stage. Build strong, consultative relationships with international hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on talent decisions. Design and execute localized sourcing strategies using global platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and region-specific job boards and networks. Share recruiting metrics and data-driven insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning. Support the maintenance and optimization of recruiting systems, including Greenhouse and interview scheduling tools. Bring the Sol de Janeiro employer brand to life across every candidate interactioncelebrating our values and joyful culture. Contribute to global TA initiatives and special projects aimed at enhancing the recruiting experience and scalability. Must Haves Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldor equivalent work experience. 35+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in international markets, with at least 2 years in a full-cycle recruiter role. Experience hiring across corporate functions; beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry experience is a strong plus. Deep understanding of recruiting practices, employment norms, and candidate expectations across EMEA, UK, and APAC. Proven success managing niche and hard-to-fill roles with professionalism, urgency, and discretion. Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and scheduling tools. Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across time zones and cultures. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and building diverse, inclusive teams. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally across the region for hiring events, onboarding, or team meetings. Salary Range $70,000 - $80,000 USD Why Sol de Janeiro?
