Patient Access Representative
This Patient Access Representative position is designed to provide high quality service to all individuals served and customers in a courteous and professional manner. We are looking for a professional that has the experience with clerical/administration functions, confidentiality, multi-tasking and works well within a team-based approach. This position is expected to perform clerical and administrative duties in order to maintain program and registration operations including communications, data entry, filing, bookkeeping, scheduling, payee reimbursement, Insurance registration and the basic coordination of day-to-day services. Follow all established documentation, policies and procedures. Prioritize daily tasks based on deadlines, urgency of needs and departmental policy. Other duties as assigned. We need a friendly outgoing professional capable of providing excellent customer service while multitasking, meeting deadlines, and the ability to work with a team or alone. Sound like you?
