As a welder, you will play a crucial role in crafting structural components for modular buildings. You will: Perform day-to-day fabrication and welding of structural steel and miscellaneous parts Assist in cutting, welding, and fabricating structural steel components and fixtures Safely operate welding equipment to ensure flawless results Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions with precision Handle various thicknesses of metal to meet project specifications You have: Academic background in welding technology or a related field Previous experience as a certified welder with MIG welding (GMAW, FCAW) using AWS D1.1 qualifications or equivalent experience Skills in reading and understanding structural blueprints, tape measures, and protractors Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands of a manufacturing position Cutting accurately with torches and plasma cutters We have: A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day
