Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of production machinery and plant facilities. This position requires a strong commitment to upholding established safety, health, and quality standards, as well as company policies and procedures. The role involves performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, and maintain production machines, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities
Understand, follow, and enforce all established safety, health, quality, GMP, and company policies and procedures. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment. Set up and troubleshoot packaging machines and lines. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments. Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards. Regulate machine flow or speed. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during operation and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. Apply mechanical skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in foods, packaging, printing, powder, pharma, or similar industries. Proficiency in performing preventive maintenance on equipment. Experience with motors, pneumatic, hydraulics, conveyors, fillers, and scaling systems. Knowledge of single and three-phase equipment and experience with voltages up to 480. Familiarity with basic electrical testing equipment such as volt meters, amp meters, and ohm meters. Why Work Here?

The GMP environment features gravity-fed high-speed packaging equipment, primarily handling dry goods like powders. The facility offers ample space with plans for expansion. There are openings on the 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm and the 3rd shift from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, with overtime available after shifts and major projects scheduled on weekends. The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
