Job Summary
Able to know how to Disassembly and Assembly a mold. Ability to inspect stack components. Able to know how to use the Ultrasonic cleaner for the components. Able to do troubleshooting molds. Able to measure points, lines, planes, 3D features, alignment and orientation. Able to understand software like SolidWorks. Able to understand how to import Cad models. Study blueprints of the mold and plastic piece part and verify specifications. Evaluate parts to specification and record results. Inspect and document in coming inspection of outsource components. Identify non-conforming product and notify manager of any potential problems. Document spending for all projects inside an excel file. Document paperwork in the network. Learn how Tririga system works Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Ability to lift 30 lbs.
