As the Hotel Maintenance Chief, your day begins with a walkthrough of the property, checking systems and identifying potential issues before they arise. You'll lead preventive maintenance efforts, assist with guest room repairs, and respond swiftly to urgent needs. Whether it's fixing a leaky faucet or coordinating with other departments, your work ensures everything runs smoothly-and guests notice. At the end of the day, you'll leave knowing your hands-on expertise made a real difference.
