The Senior Program Coordinator, Corporate Annual Giving, is responsible for coordinating and implementing programs, events, and activities that support corporate partners in alignment with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's mission and values. The role emphasizes retention and stewardship, working with and leading staff, volunteers, sponsors, donors, and vendors to ensure successful engagement and collaboration. Experience

Prior professional experience required Minimum of 2 years of experience in event/program coordination Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fundraising or non-profit sectors Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing Management, or related field Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to represent Children's Healthcare of Atlanta in a mature and professional manner among trustees, corporate sponsors, volunteers, donors, and executives Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-starter with ability to make decisions independently Ability to handle stress and pressure and meet deadlines Must be able to travel through expanded Atlanta metropolitan area and provide reliable transportation Strong ability to work collaboratively with all levels of volunteers, sponsors, and donors Knowledge of event logistics with ability to think and react independently Ability to manage program budgets as needed Skilled at conflict resolution, problem solving, negotiation, and diplomacy Job Responsibilities

Directly implement and develop corporate engagement activities and programs within the department Participate in onboarding interns and communicate with peers in other organizations to generate new volunteer and corporate engagement ideas Represents Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at community functions to network and cultivate relationships with corporate sponsors, volunteers, donors, and executives Maintains close association with and expert knowledge of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta; initiates cross-team collaborations Provides administrative support and operational reporting for assigned programs, while maintaining accurate in the CRM system Supports requests from the foundation corporate committee, trustees and others for company profiles, including HIPAA-compliant patient data, giving history and engagements Provides stewardship to corporate donors through annual reports, tours, engagements, newsletters and touchpoints Tracks all stewardship activities and contributes to the continuous assessment and improvement of quality of services, events, activities, and programs produced Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants and employees without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, citizenship, age, veteran status, disability or any other characteristic covered by applicable law.
