Maintenance Mechanic II

As a Maintenance Mechanic II, you will acquire knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in the following skills: Perform maintenance on various machinery including hydraulic, pneumatic, alternating current, direct current electro mechanical, programmable logic controllers, robot controls, vertical and horizontal rollers, and distribution line tools. Learn machine operation for an array of machines including electricals, mechanicals, and other manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot, repair, service, install/uninstall, and level various types of products maintained. Utilize office tools accurately to interpret data and enter data into the maintenance management system. Operate various hand and power tools. Demonstrate ability to read, interpret, and utilize documented procedures, sketches, prints, drawings, and specifications. Demonstrate an ability to operate with minimal supervision and effectively contribute to a safety-conscious work environment. The employee should possess these skills and abilities: Mechanical aptitude Problem solving skills Team oriented and cooperative work ethics Effective communication skills Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
The employee should have the following: Experience with industrial machinery and experience in a manufacturing environment. Math skills at least through algebra. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, be exposed to extreme temperatures. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Required Minimum Qualifications/Education And Experience
The employee should possess the following: High school diploma or equivalent and 1 - 2 years experience in a related field Physical Requirements
The employee should possess the ability to: Be exposed to sounds, noise levels, etc. that may maybe uncomfortable Work above or below floor level spaces Move/transport up to 50 pounds Work in different types of environmental conditions
