Trust Administration Manager

The Trust Administration Manager manages a team of experienced professionals that work on trust and estate accounts. This job focuses on ensuring customer requests are consistent with trust laws and regulations. In addition, the Trust Administration Manager oversees the development of new businesses by expanding service to existing clients and how new products and securing clients are marketed within the defined affluent and high net worth market segments and providing thought leadership and ultimately a superior customer experience. Key responsibilities and duties include: Key Responsibilities and Duties Manages trust administration to identify procedures and processes to be upgraded to improve the efficiency and structure of the bank operations division. Liaises with clients on financial matters such as, but not limited to, asset allocation, wealth management, retirement planning, education funding, estate planning, tax strategies, investment planning, executive planning and business succession planning. Develop a deep understanding of high net-worth clients' needs and solutions. Accountable for sign-off on all Fiduciary approvals. Focuses on growth, retention and client satisfaction. Supervises with functional management teams across the organization to determine needs for trust administration improvements and to strategize possible business solutions. Reviews trust and investment portfolios' construction to ensure that they are in compliance with laws and regulations. Provides insight into client reports regarding banking market conditions, trust products sales results, and earnings. Supervises efforts to ensure proper training and documentation is provided on trust administration action plans within the organization. Manages the performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of continuous improvement services and engagement, motivation and development of the team. Monitors internal processes and team to ensure timely and accurate processing of fiduciary transactions. Inspires confidence and holds team accountable for timely execution and follow-up. 2025-08-30 Base Pay Range: $163,000/yr - $194,000/yr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
