Job Responsibilities
Follow all safety procedures:
This includes wearing all required personal protective equipment. Process Control:
Follow all requirements and utilize Process Stop when operation is out of standard. Work Instructions:
Read and follow work instructions, including Standardized Work instructions, and procedures for the job they are running. Component Verification:
Verify proper components are at the work area before beginning using Router. Equipment Operation:
Operate a molding press, drill press, Hands Free grinding, assembly machine, or any other piece of equipment for which they are trained. Quality Inspection:
Inspect all parts produced for quality using Quality Book. Packaging:
Package and Hot labeling parts correctly. Paperwork:
Fill out completely all required paperwork for production and quality. Continuous Improvement:
Propose improvements and participate in problem solving using the Safety Corner Board, Continuous Improvement Suggestions, and participating in monthly Communication and Awareness initiatives. Cleanliness:
Keep area clean and orderly, per 5S requirements, this includes aisle ways and areas around the equipment being used. Additional Responsibilities:
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by Supervisor Efficiency:
Perform job according to efficiency requirements and production schedule. Scrap Escalation:
Follow procedures for Scrap escalation and accurately complete Rate Cards.
