Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing a Child Care program, home-based preferred Knowledge of COMAR as it relates to childcare program requirements Knowledge of quality assurance systems Experience in customer service Job Summary: Provide day-to-day oversight of the grant-funded Growing Opportunities for Family Child Care (GOFCC) Program through the Eastern Shore Child Care Resource Center. Assist in recruitment of participants for training/education, assist in managing their progress and serve as liaison between project partners. Authority and Accountability: The GOFCC Coordinator reports to the ESCCRC Director (Leslie Sinclair) and the ESCCRC Executive Director (Chin-Hsiu Chen). There are no budgetary responsibilities or direct reports. Required/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in early childhood education and care field. 1-3 years of teaching/working experience in childcare programs Skill in Microsoft Office suite Additional Job Information: The position is a Contingent II, (full-time), (non-exempt) position.
