Task Order Project Manager

Lead and manage all activities associated with the execution of large, complex task orders or multiple related task orders affecting the same system or project. Serve as the primary point of contact between the task order team and the Government Task Order Managers, Contracting Officer, and other key Government stakeholders. Assist the Program Manager in ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, project deliverables, and performance milestones. Oversee the implementation of technical solutions and project schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution of work. Provide guidance and coordination to cross-functional technical teams and subcontractors in achieving task order goals. Ensure quality assurance standards, risk management practices, and best project management methodologies are employed throughout the lifecycle of the task order. Monitor project progress, develop reports, manage change control, and resolve issues impacting project scope, timeline, or deliverables. Support continuous communication and alignment between program-level leadership and task-specific delivery teams. Required Qualifications

Five (5) years of relevant experience managing IT or consulting-related projects in public and/or private sector environments. At least five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility, including oversight of multi-disciplinary teams. Demonstrated success managing task orders or projects of comparable size and complexity. Experience working with government customers and stakeholders in a formal project or contract management capacity. Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline; or, in lieu of a degree, an additional four (4) years of directly related experience. Must hold a current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or an equivalent, recognized project management certification. Secret
