Job Description
Location: Hybrid (New York, NY – Onsite 2–3 days/week) Pay Rate: $55.85/hr (W2) About the Role:
A global media and entertainment company is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HRIS Analyst to support its global Oracle HCM implementation and HR operational initiatives. This position plays a key role in aligning HR requirements across multiple countries to drive global standardization and compliance while supporting implementation and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on global HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance requirements to ensure scalable, consistent, and locally responsive Oracle HCM solutions. Lead and support implementation activities across international markets including system testing, data validation, and configuration documentation. Conduct cross-country business requirement gathering and standardization, balancing local compliance with global process alignment. Work with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and IT teams to identify process improvements and configure system workflows. Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and alignment with governance standards. Build dashboards, analytics, and reports using Oracle tools and Excel to support data-driven decisions. Coordinate project activities such as meetings, calendars, and tracking deliverables. Support change management, user readiness, and adoption across global teams. Partner with data management teams for mass data loads and ensure compliance. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 3–4 years of experience in HRIS administration, HCM system implementation, or HR analytics in a global environment. Direct experience with Oracle HCM Cloud—Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation). Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills with global stakeholder alignment experience. Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment across time zones. Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana). Exposure to HR analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
