California. This role offers a unique blend of sales, brand advocacy, and cultural engagement within a dynamic and artist-centric environment. You'll be responsible for expanding community reach, driving direct-to-artist sales, and executing field strategies that align with marketing initiatives. With a strong focus on building authentic relationships, you'll help scale brand presence and influence across the tattoo, PMU, and body jewelry industries. This is a fully remote opportunity with regular in-person engagement and travel within the region. Accountabilities: Develop and own a sales territory, identifying and engaging tattoo studios, PMU artists, and piercing professionals. Drive direct-to-artist sales by meeting and exceeding clear monthly and quarterly targets. Lead product demonstrations and educational sessions on-site and during industry events. Organize and support branded community gatherings, workshops, and conventions. Execute marketing-aligned sales campaigns and manage sales pipelines using CRM platforms. Provide field feedback to enhance products and strategies while supporting distributors and partners. Act as a brand advocate by educating artists on product benefits and industry trends.
