Benefits: Free uniforms Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Contents & Water Restoration Technician to join our restoration team. This position will serve both the Contents Department and the Water Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing contents pack-out and cleaning, water damage mitigation, and restoration services to residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. About Us: Our company is a family-owned and operated franchise that has been in business for over thirty years. Key Responsibilities: Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage Extract water and set up drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.) Inventory, pack-out, transport, and clean customer contents Perform structural cleaning of affected areas Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and vehicles Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor Follow safety procedures and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to lift 80+ pounds regularly, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic knowledge of smartphone/tablet apps for documentation Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year experience in contents and/or water restoration (or related field) IICRC Certification(s) in WRT a plus or willingness and ability to obtain certification within ninety days of employment Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus Benefits: Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Paid time off (PTO) Health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for advancement and training Company vehicle during work hours Apply Now: If you're ready to join a growing company that values teamwork and integrity, we want to hear from you!
