Cardiac Wireless Monitoring Supervisor
The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor will be responsible for leading and providing guidance to a team of 10-15 direct reports within a cardiac telemetry service center for the ECG Solutions wireless product. Your role: Oversee scheduling, performance, and daily operations of Clinical Wireless employees, ensuring smooth floor performance and providing technical support to both staff and customers. Identify and implement operational improvements while actively participating in interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Foster the growth and development of team members through mentorship and coaching, while playing a key role in the creation and enforcement of policies, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with leadership to optimize team effectiveness. Work closely within the Clinical Wireless Monitoring department to track key performance indicators, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality standards and promoting a collaborative work environment. This role requires working from 4:00pm to 2:30am EST (four 10-hour shifts) including a weekend and holiday rotation. You're the right fit if: You have 1+ years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years' of experience with Vocational Education in Clinical Operations, ECG Monitoring and Analysis or equivalent; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred. You have an active CRAT or CCT certification, RN license, or licensed Paramedic with current ACLS certification. Your skills include a high technical aptitude, advanced computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software. You are adept at working across various technological platforms, easily adapting to change, and leading a team with confidence, additionally, you possess strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills, ensuring accurate assessments and optimal outcomes. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
