Fabrication And Assembly Technician
Our client, a leading manufacturer of custom heavy haul trailers, is seeking a Fabrication and Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Fabrication and Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting the assembly of high-quality trailers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Fabrication and Assembly Technician Location: Manchester, IA Shift: All shifts available (1st, 2nd, 3rd) Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00/hour What's the Job? Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders. Prepare work by gathering parts, tools, and materials. Install and assemble components using templates, measurements, and hand tools. Verify completed components meet specifications using measuring tools. Operate and adjust machinery and equipment as needed. What's Needed? Prior industrial manufacturing or fabrication experience is required High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions. Basic understanding of shop math and mechanical processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly What's in it for me?
