Senior Brand Designer

to lead the transformation of StubHub's most visible and time-sensitive touchpointsemails and push notifications. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and content partners to identify key opportunities, shape narratives, and design cohesive, on-brand campaign experiences that resonate with fans and drive business impact. This is a hands-on role for a strategic builder who blends visual craft with thoughtful storytelling. You'll balance system-level thinking with strong attention to detailconnecting fans to what matters most, when it matters most. Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote)

The Consumer Experience (CX) team is responsible for the end-to-end product experience for fans looking to discover, buy, and sell tickets to their favorite live events through our web and mobile platforms. It sits at the forefront of fulfilling StubHub's mission to become the global destination for accessing live event experiences by crafting the product experience that millions of fans interact with every day. We are obsessed with understanding our users' needs and delivering feature innovations, both short-term and long-term, that are as effective as they are enjoyable. We serve a global fan base and aim to deliver a localized experience that feels personalized to every individual in over 60 regions and 30 languages. We believe that diversity of thought and transparency of impact breed the best innovations, which is why we are a cross-functional team of specialists in product, design, engineering, and data working closely together with equal voice in ideation and equal access to insights. We work across the entire stack leveraging any tool or technology necessary to support web and mobile feature innovation at scale. What You'll Do

Design visually compelling, on-brand experiences for emails and push notificationselevating how StubHub communicates with fans throughout their journey. Collaborate with product, content design, and engineering to define strategic opportunities and shape team priorities. Translate campaign goals and audience insights into emotionally resonant, actionable creatives that drive engagement and business outcomes. Establish visual guidelines and templates for email and push channels, ensuring effective brand expression aligned with StubHub's broader identity. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and continuously optimize through testing and iteration. Provide creative leadership by setting vision and balancing bold leaps with near-term execution. Coach and guide junior or mid-level designers to grow their skills. What You've Done 5+ years of professional experience with communication, product, or branding design. Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related fieldor equivalent practical experience. Portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design craft across multiple creative mediums, especially digital channels. Experience leading email and push campaigns from concept to launch, with alignment to brand and business goals. Proficient in HTML/CSS. Strong understanding of digital design best practices across platforms (email clients, native apps, responsive web). Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion experience is a plus. The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub's total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
