Responsibilities
As an Associate Strategist on the Creators & Casting team, you'll support the development and execution of creator-led campaigns, help identify emerging talent, contribute to brainstorms, and bring energy and organization to every project. You'll be exposed to how strategy, creative, and culture intersect through creators and influencers. Research and identify creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms that align with campaign goals and client brands Support the development of creator strategies, casting recommendations, and presentation materials Participate in brainstorms, helping bring fresh ideas to the table Track cultural trends and creator news to help inform strategy Assist in coordinating creator outreach, communications, and deliverables Help with the organization and documentation of campaignsfrom contracts to deliverables to recaps Learn how to track and evaluate creator performance Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, earned, and production teams Qualifications
1+ year experience in influencer/creator marketing, social media, communications, or a related field Experience in identifying up and coming creators in niche verticals Familiarity with major and emerging social platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once Strong written and verbal communication skills A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from accredited university Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
