Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor the project team, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance. Management of projects from inception to on-site commissioning and client hand over. Define the scope of projects in collaboration with senior management. Creation of a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete projects. Monitor progress of projects whilst making any adjustments necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. Manage day-to-day operational aspects on multiple projects. Allocate resources and assign responsibilities for the development of detailed software code for automation, control and energy management data acquisition applications. Strong interpersonal skills necessary to lead a team Ensure that projects are completed to strict budgets and that project tracking documentation and variations are kept up to date for ongoing reviews. Providing regular reports on progress to senior managers and the division manager. Ensure project documentation is completed against strict timeframes to conform to client standards Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services Ensure client satisfaction on project completion Evaluation of each project's performance and develop lessons learned for use on future projects. Qualifications
Third level qualification (Bachelor's or Associates Degree) in an engineering or software related discipline is required. Proven experience in project management within a software development environment (3 years or more) is essential. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies. Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools Other relevant project management certifications are a plus. Time Travel Required
