Enter, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Report progress and compliance status to management regularly

Verify data accuracy and completeness across all platforms

Collaborate with production and inventory teams to ensure documentation compliance

Establish a framework for ongoing compliance on new orders and parts

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive production data

Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team as needed What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry tools

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation Bonus Points If You Have:

Additional certification or training in data entry or office administration

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and terminology
