LPL Financial is seeking an experienced VP, Continuous Improvement
Forms Digitization to join our Frontline Transformation team. This role will lead efforts to develop and implement a program to digitize forms as a means to improve client experience and drive organizational efficiency. Responsibilities: Conduct data-driven analysis to create a forms digitization roadmap to maximize the impact of forms digitization to the client experience and operational efficiency. Coordinate with partners across business teams, Product teams, and Technology teams to obtain funding on execute on a forms digitization roadmap. Coordinate with Product and Technology partners to create execution plans to implement the forms digitization roadmap. Create program-level tracking and reporting to drive execution and accountability for forms digitization. Coordinate with business teams and Finance partners to track and report on outcomes related to forms digitization. What are we looking for? Requirements: Prior experience at the nexus of user experience and product management at a financial services firm Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program management and execution Experience defining and analyzing performance metrics leveraging process design best practices Core Competencies: Strong written and verbal presentation skills; ability to present to senior management Creative, adaptive and an experienced practitioner; with a growth mindset and superior collaboration skills Ability to create and stop and see the big picture while also rolling up the sleeves to "get into the details" as needed Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision Experience in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment Preferences: Experience interacting with Finance teams, and measuring and evaluating the financial impact of optimization projects Pay Range: $119,775-$199,625/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
