About the Role As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy by analyzing user behavior, identifying trends, measuring A/B test results, and driving actionable insights. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive fuel growth. Responsibilities Partner with product teams to define KPIs, track performance, and uncover insights that drive product decisions. Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, feature adoption, and conversion funnels to improve engagement and retention. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to empower teams with real-time data. Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product features and user experience. Leverage SQL, Python, or R to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets. Work cross-functionally with engineering and business teams to identify growth opportunities and improve user experience. Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner. Contribute to building a strong data culture by advocating best practices and improving data literacy across the company. Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field. Strong proficiency in SQL (experience with Snowflake, or Redshift is a plus). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker). Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling. Strong understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimentation frameworks. Experience working with event-based data tracking tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics). Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus. In Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $132,000-$165,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. In NYC, the salary range for this position is $144,000-$180,000. The listed salary ranges are specific to Los Angeles or NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
