Position Summary This role is focused on driving revenue growth for Vertiv by managing and expanding our relationship with a key IT distribution partner, Arrow Electronics. The role involves strategic sales engagement, customer service leadership, operational efficiency, and inventory management within the distribution channel. Responsibilities Grow sales and increase awareness of Vertiv solutions through IT distribution partners. Engage key stakeholders at Arrow, including sales, administrative, and executive personnel. Lead a culture of customer service excellence by owning and resolving operational issues in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Support and influence the corporate relationship between Vertiv and Arrow at the management and executive level. Communicate sales programs, incentives, and operational processes that enable Arrow to drive Vertiv sales. Deliver training on Vertiv's solutions, including foundational technical knowledge, to support sales growth. Collaborate with Vertiv's internal sales teams and indirectly manage distributor representatives. Serve as the point of contact for Arrow sales offices regarding Vertiv's IT channel programs, tools, and processes. Support inventory planning, forecasting, and S&OP efforts at the distributor level. Act as a mentor to less experienced team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Job Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in IT distribution or related field Strong passion for delivering a best-in-class customer experience Proven leadership and decision-making skills Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Strong analytical and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: 8+ years of sales experience Familiarity or existing relationships with Arrow sales offices Based in or near Denver, CO Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud and CPQ tools Proven track record of building strong customer and partner relationships In-depth knowledge of the IT distribution landscape Technical understanding of critical IT infrastructure solutions Physical & Environmental Demands No special requirements. Salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, the opportunity to earn sales incentives at 40% based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k.
