Welcoming walk-in customers and helping them with orders Answering phone calls regarding account information Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers Creating daily reports Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Minimum of two years of customer service experience required Strong time management and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must be available Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm.
