Revenue Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to help drive efficiency, visibility, and alignment across our go-to-market teams. This individual will play a key role in managing our sales and marketing systems, optimizing revenue processes, and delivering actionable insights that inform decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities: Own and maintain the company's CRM and related revenue systems, ensuring consistent and effective usage across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams Develop and manage reporting and analytics to support pipeline forecasting, campaign performance, and GTM KPIs Drive data integrity and governance efforts to ensure clean, reliable, and actionable data Identify and implement process improvements across the customer lifecycle to improve efficiency and conversion rates Support go-to-market teams with lead routing, territory planning, sales enablement, and campaign execution Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, define business requirements, and deliver system enhancements Evaluate, implement, and integrate tools across the revenue tech stack to support growth at scale Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for internal users of revenue systems
