Taylor's Construction is hiring a Flagging Supervisor to oversee daily field flagging operations, ensuring safe and compliant work zone setup and traffic control. They lead and train crews while maintaining high standards of safety, communication, and efficiency. What You'll Do
Supervise and coordinate flagging crews on job sites Conduct site safety audits and enforce compliance with all traffic control guidelines Train, mentor, and evaluate flaggers and foremen Schedule and assign crews based on project needs Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients Manage inventory of traffic control equipment What You'll Bring
5+ years in flagging or traffic control, with at least 2 years of leadership experience Knowledge of MUTCD standards and traffic control plans Ability to read and interpret project plans and permits Effective leadership and crew management skills Valid driver's license and flagger certification Willingness to travel and work varied schedules What You'll Get
