Location: Moore, SC Shift: M-F 2pm-10:30pm Join Our Team as a Loader Associate! Are you looking to start your career in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment? We're hiring motivated individuals to join our growing logistics team as Loader Associates. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth movement and delivery of materials, making a direct impact on our operational success. Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, move, and stack materials manually or using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Open, seal, and organize crates, cartons, and boxes for shipping and storage Process incoming and outgoing freight in compliance with company procedures Pick, sort, store, and distribute stock items per requisitions and work orders Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with inventory counts and stock rotation Update the purchase order system and communicate inventory discrepancies Support in special warehouse tasks including kit assembly and bundle breakdown Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required 01 year of general warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow routine procedures Physically able to lift and move materials and stand for extended periods Positive attitude, team player mindset, and willingness to learn Why You'll Love Working Here:

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range. At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
