Job Responsibilities: Inspect, reject, or accept products according to visual standards, weight, tally, and other Q.C. requirements. Documentation and recordkeeping Control the removal of monograms from non-conforming products Wear appropriate PPE Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Factory environments with a large range of temperature changes Standing up to 12 hours daily Walking up to 12 hours daily Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily Travel less than 10% Qualifications and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required 0-2 years of relatable quality control experience within a manufacturing environment Must be able to work DAY SHIFT. 3 years of verifiable work experience Forklift license preferred Experience with databases and Microsoft Excel is considered an asset Trained into ISO 9001 preferred Basic math Ability to accurately use scales, OD tape, ruler, thread height gauge Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to read drawings, instructions, or repair and assembly operations
